Milu Holding is thrilled to announce the appointment of Angela Focareta as the General Manager for both of its Florence properties, expanding her current role as General Manager of Hotel Calimala Florence to include management of Hotel Milu Florence. This designation marks Angela’s latest career advance within the Milu Holdings Group, displaying how instrumental her work has been in elevating guest experiences and operational excellence for the group.
Angela Focareta brings over 17 years of hospitality experience to her new role, with a proven track record in leadership, human resources, and general management. Having joined Milu Holding in 2016, advancing from Front Desk Manager to her current position, she has led the team with vision and dedication for the last six years. Prior to her work with Milu Holding, Angela honed her expertise at IHG Hotels & Resorts in London, where she served as Reservations Manager and developed a great understanding of team dynamics and client relations. A graduate of London Business School with a Master’s in Human Resources and Management, Angela combines strategic insight with a passion for hospitality, positioning her as a driving force behind the continued success of these iconic Florence properties.
