Piccolino Announces New London Restaurant in Landmark Partnership

June 29, 2025

Piccolino is set to open a new restaurant this summer at Hilton London Tower Bridge. The new venture marks a transformative moment for the Piccolino brand and a new chapter of growth as the brand enters into a hotel partnership for the first time.

Part of the privately owned restaurant group, Individual Restaurants, Piccolino currently has 22 restaurants nationwide. This opening diversifies the brand into the hotel sector, highlighting Individual Restaurants’ ongoing growth strategy to evolve its brands and enter new markets. The move follows a year of record-breaking performance which saw a 14% total sales growth in December 2024.

In the past year, Individual Restaurants has doubled down on growth, with three new openings in the South of England in 2024, and a core focus on strategic innovation and brand evolution with the new Tower Bridge location being a culmination of this ambition.

The Tower Bridge restaurant will deliver a refined, authentic Italian dining experience with the menu promising the most luxurious dishes using the finest ingredients. From handmade pasta to decadent caviar, the Tower Bridge location will serve Piccolino’s gold standard in authentic Italian cuisine. The location will also debut a breakfast offering which will feature contemporary breakfast favourites reimagined with Italian flair, alongside a full continental offering.

Marking the evolution through design, the venue represents a modern take on a traditional Italian restaurant, with stripped back aesthetics nodding to the brands authentic Italian roots.

The new opening builds on the brands expansion into new regions in 2024, with successful launches in Marlow, Henley-on-Thames and Chichester, as well as a £4 million investment into the group’s estate.

Andrew Garton, CEO of Individual Restaurants said: “This new opening marks a new chapter of Piccolino. This is the first-time we are bringing our signature Italian hospitality into the hotel sector, and we are doing so with a newly elevated look and feel to represent where the brand is heading. Following a record year, this investment represents a new era for the Piccolino brand, bringing the focus back to the food, the quality, provenance and charm that we are known for. We are evolving Piccolino, rooting ourselves in authentic experiences and this partnership with the Hilton is just the beginning.”
