June 8, 2025

The award-winning Crerar Hotel Group has revealed a new exclusive wellness retreat to capture the magic of mid-summer at its stunning four-star property in Nairn. Golf View Hotel and Spa, which sits on the shores of the Moray Firth, is inviting guests looking to relax and unwind to come take part in their ‘summer solstice’ event.

Taking place on Thursday 19th June, the summer solstice event is a truly special wellness experience like no other, that embraces the hotels seafront setting and tranquil atmosphere.

Guests will arrive at stunning Golf View and be greeted by a friendly member of staff, who will direct them to the Good Spa Guide award nominated Coast Spa. From there, they will then be taken down to Nairn Beach for a wild swimming session with a qualified instructor from KG Scotland.

Throughout the rest of the day, guests will also take part in a wellness workshop featuring the hotels spa partner Templespa, yoga, and a soundbath with the Highland Yoga Collective.

Tickets for the event are priced at £82, also includes two-hours use of the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the hydro pool and outdoor thermal experience.

Due to the expected high demand, this incredible experience will only be available for one day only.

Kate Paterson, Spa Manager at Golf View Hotel & Spa, said: “Golf View is such a special place where guests can experience true Scottish hospitality in a luxurious coastal setting, with the incredible customer service that Crerar Hotels is known for.

“Nairn is such a peaceful spot that feels like a whole world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, so we’re delighted to be hosting our first ever summer solstice event to showcase the beauty of the local area, as well as the exceptional facilities at Coast Spa.”

“From the moment they arrive, guests will feel instantly relaxed, and after being treated to the days events, will leave feel rejuvenated, and eager to come back and see what else Coast Spa and Golf View have to offer.”
