Sara Alexander joins the Watergate Bay team as General Manager, bringing 10 years’ experience of working within the Rick Stein group as Head of Operations.
Alexander’s appointment is part of a trio of recent appointments for the hotel, including Simon Mahon as COO and Chris Eden as Executive Head Chef.
She arrives at an exciting time for Watergate Bay Hotel amid its upcoming expansion, with planning permission recently approved for its Tregurrian development, which includes new beach lofts and an expanded wellness offering.
Alexander will oversee the experienced leadership team of the hotel with a particular focus on Watergate’s three restaurants, outdoor experience and project delivery. Sara will be closely working with the team on the ground and key stakeholders to ensure Watergate Bay Hotel’s relaxed, personable ethos and excellent guest experience is maintained.
