Gamified Training To Ease Burden Of Compliance For The Hospitality Industry With Launch Of Attensi Comply

March 24, 2025

Attensi, the game-based simulation training platform, has announced the launch of its new hospitality product, Attensi Comply, ensuring all employees in hospitality can stay on top of the latest laws in compliance from allergens to fire safety with its gamified training.

Both The Ivy Collection and Punch Pubs & Co have already invested in Attensi Comply to ensure their teams are ahead of the industry.

Compliance training is business critical and the laws can be difficult for employers and employees to navigate, with the subject matter hard to retain and so training  feels an extra burden. Attensi Comply makes learning engaging, fun and easy to understand. With bite-sized interactive training modules, employees can become masters in compliance. Attensi Comply is also CPD Certified which ensures the training is high quality and is recognised as professional development.

Attensi Comply is game-based simulated training that develops employee skills by using behavioural science with short modules that can be completed at any time,  anywhere on employees own mobile phones.  Via an analytics scoreboard managers can monitor employee training progress and therefore ensure lifesaving training  is being completed and highlight where employees need to improve.

Attensi, Max Turner VP Sales said: “Attensi Comply will transform hospitality compliance training and ultimately save people’s lives. This is one area of training that employees find time consuming and resist due to its complexity. At Attensi we have acknowledged these blockers to compliance and created short modules that are quick to complete, fun and also certified by CPD as high quality training. Creating structured training for employees in hospitality is essential for the business but also increases retention of staff as they feel recognised and valued.”
