Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa has announced a new exclusive partnership with leading sports performance specialists, 292 Performance. Renowned for providing bespoke high-performance support and coaching to elite athletes including Premier football players and Olympic champions.

The collaboration complements the hotel’s state-of-the-art sports facilities to deliver world-class personalised training to athletes, guests and members of the hotel.

With a reputation for excellence in sports performance, 292 Performance will have a base at Pennyhill Park from which they can continue to deliver tailored performance programmes to elite athletes. Offering a holistic view of both the physical and mental attributes behind performance, from sports scientists, psychologists and nutritionists.

Alongside their athlete offering, 292 Performance and Pennyhill Park are opening the doors to the everyday person looking to enhance their performance whilst staying at Pennyhill Park. The Pennyhill Park fitness team have been fully trained in delivering the 292 Performance Programme, which includes the full 292 Performance Profiling using the latest technology, and bespoke training solutions and coaching programmes to work with their assessment results. The profiling and programmes are tailored around the individual’s goals, whether that be training for an event such as a marathon or Hyrox, building physical strength through the perimenopause, or focusing on injury recovery to return to performance in specific sports.

The full Profiling begins with a thorough, in-depth assessment of the person’s current performance, challenges and objectives, followed by the creation of a personalised development plan. By integrating cutting-edge VALD ForceFrame and ForceDecks technology, the training programmes are backed by real-time accurate data on force production, symmetry and power, allowing for precise performance assessments and rehabilitation progress tracking. The machines detect and assess over 20 different movements, including dynamic and isometric exercises, to help identify subtle imbalances that could lead to injuries. 292 Performance prides itself on delivering these highly adaptable programmes that meet the individual demands of elite athletes, offering options for in-person, remote or hybrid coaching. With a flexible schedule designed to accommodate training, competitions and work commitments, clients receive the support they need, when they need it.

New and existing members of Pennyhill Park will be exclusively offered the 292 Performance Lite Profiling, which focuses on the lower body, helping to support a greater understanding of their body’s abilities and areas they can improve and how to better enjoy their chosen sports or to achieve their fitness goals. They can then go on to tailor their PT sessions to support their performance programme and have the option to upgrade to the full 292 Profiling experience.

Dr Benjamin Rosenblatt, CEO of 292 Performance, commented on the partnership: “Pennyhill Park is the perfect setting for our clients, offering a luxury environment that enhances both physical and mental wellbeing. This collaboration enables us to provide world-class services in an unparalleled location, helping our clients reach the highest levels of performance.”

Graham Copeman, General Manager of Pennyhill Park, added “We are delighted to partner with 292 Performance to offer our guests such an elite, tailored experience. Our hotel and spa provide the perfect environment for recovery, relaxation and regeneration, complementing the high-performance coaching provided by 292 Performance.”

Whether guests are preparing for a sporting event or simply looking to improve overall wellbeing, Pennyhill Park’s serene setting and world-class spa are integral in promoting full recovery and peak mental focus after individualised training sessions with 292 Performance.
