TWO Services awards long-serving staff member a much-deserved promotion

As our customers will testify, TWO Services is committed to delivering a best-in-class service to those who outsource their kitchen and maintenance requirements to us.

We recognise that our staff are at the very heart of this experience, which is why we work so hard to boost their skills and facilitate their professional development.

From our perspective, we can’t maintain our position as industry leaders without fostering industry-leading talent – and that’s precisely what we’ve done recently by promoting our long-standing Sales Executive, Kay Wiskin, to Regional Sales Director.

Kay joined us more than 17 years ago and has worked in a variety of roles, starting as a receptionist and transitioning to operations coordinator in our deep cleaning department before moving into our sales function. She’s since spent nearly a decade out on the road speaking to prospects about their cleaning needs, garnering a wealth of knowledge and getting to investigate all kinds of catering sites along the way. (She says she finds ductwork cleaning jobs particularly interesting, even though she’s had to conquer her fear of heights to access the roofs of our clients’ buildings on an almost-daily basis!)

Now, in her new appointment as Regional Sales Director, Kay will be assisting our National Sales Director Oliver Smith with building new relationships and supporting him and the rest of our leadership team with their revenue targets.

Alongside her usual duties out in the field, Kay will be managing a wider team of sales surveyors, chairing their 121s, managing their training, and generally ensuring they have everything they need to look after our customers. We’re confident that having Kay on board in this capacity will enable us to meet higher demands for our services without compromising on our high standards.

If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll know that we place a huge emphasis on rewarding loyal staff for their commitment and eagerness to learn – and Kay has demonstrated both these traits in abundance in the two decades she’s been a member of the TWO family. We’re over the moon that Kay will be assisting us as we lean into a new era of growth in 2025 and beyond. Well done, Kay!
