Set to become a new landmark in Canterbury’s vibrant dining scene, The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie will be The Ivy Collection’s 41st restaurant, featuring 180 covers, a stylish bar, an outdoor terrace and a private dining room.

Guests can expect a diverse menu of expertly crafted dishes, combining timeless classics with modern flavours, including local and seasonal ingredients. The menu will also feature locally sourced beverages such as English Sparkling Wine, cider and Pleasant Land spirits from Kent. The brasserie’s stunning interior will reflect the brand’s signature elegance, making it the perfect destination for all occasions—from casual lunches to special celebrations. The restaurant will be located at the corner of The Parade & Rose Lane.

Announcing the eagerly anticipated opening, General Manager Diogo Bolan, who brings expertise from The Ivy Wimbledon, said: “We are thrilled to bring the iconic Ivy experience to Canterbury. The city is known for its rich heritage and vibrant community and is the perfect setting for our next chapter. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable dining moments, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone from 29th October.”
