Murray Chapman founder of A Passion to Inspire passed away yesterday, following his recent diagnosis with frontal lobe dementia and motor neurone disease.
If you have ever had the privilege of meeting Murray Chapman, you will be more than aware of his thoughtfulness and tireless application to helping students. Not only was Murray the founder of A Passion to Inspire, he also for many years mentored teams of students to thrive within the culinary environment of Zest Quest Asia.
