CRG appoint Tracey Redfearn as Head of Marketing (Interim)

The Country Range Group is delighted to welcome Tracey Redfearn as its new Head of Marketing (Interim), starting on 7th October. Redfearn joins at a particularly exciting time for the Group, following the recent growth in membership. She will be working alongside a well-established and talented marketing team, bringing her vast experience to further enhance their ongoing campaigns and drive fresh, innovative strategies.

Redfearn’s 34-year career has spanned multiple sectors, including retail, wholesale, trading, and brand management, making her a great fit for the role. Her deep understanding of the industry, along with her strong commercial relationships, will not only support the marketing team but also benefit the wider business. Tracey’s expertise will play a key role in strengthening supplier relationships, engaging with key stakeholders, and contributing to the Group’s ambitious growth plans, including its target of £1 billion in sales turnover.

Reflecting on her appointment, Redfearn expressed her enthusiasm: “Joining the leadership team at CRG presents an exciting opportunity to leverage my previous experience while re-engaging with an exciting sector and some familiar member businesses. The group’s performance in 2024 highlights its commitment to delivering enhanced member benefits and driving continued growth. I’m looking forward to being part of these exciting times.”
