We started the series with the classic Negroni, or NoGroni, now we bring you a refreshing and sophisticated non-alcoholic version of the classic Aperol cocktail.
Our non-alcoholic version of the classic Aperol cocktail, that combines a complex and developed palate profile of the Bittersweet Aperitif with hints of orange, citrus, and herbs.
Aperol
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Bittersweet Aperitif
- 100 ml Orange Juice
- 50 ml Lemonade
- Garnish: Dry Orange and Blueberries
How to Make
Add 40 ml Bittersweet Aperitif to a glass.
Pour in 100 ml orange juice to add a refreshing citrus flavour.
Top with 50 ml lemonade for a fizzy finish.
Garnish with dry orange and blueberries to enhance the visual appeal and add a touch of fruitiness.
Serve over ice to keep the drink chilled and refreshing.
