Fortune, a global multi-platform media company, has published their inaugural Fortune LGBTQ+ Leaders list, ranking of the world’s top CEOs, chairs, and co-founders who identify as LGBTQ+.
In the first such list, Fortune ranks these leaders by the revenue of the companies they lead, requiring a minimum annual revenue of $100 million.
This report underscores the significant contributions of LGBTQ+ leaders in driving business success globally.
The Fortune LGBTQ+ Leaders list includes many at the helm of some of the biggest companies globally.

We are delighted to report that hospitality is represented in the list, with CEO of Dorchester Collection included at number 22, Eugenio Pirri.
Pirri began his hotel career when he was 18 years old as a cleaner. Over the course of 30 years, he worked his way through various departments and divisions—over 18 roles, four divisions, eight hotels and seven countries. He is currently CEO of Dorchester Collection as well as “a proud gay man”.
Joining Dorchester Collection in 2011 as Vice President of People and Organisational Development, Pirri rose to become Chief People and Culture Officer, and more recently, was promoted to Joint CEO.
He has been instrumental in transforming the company’s culture through initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Pirri has pioneered projects such as the ‘We Care’ philosophy, which is central to the Dorchester Collection’s corporate culture, ensuring that the well-being of both employees and guests is at the forefront of business decisions.
