Non-alcoholic cocktails, or mocktails, are becoming increasingly popular as more people seek healthier or alcohol-free alternatives without sacrificing the pleasure of a well-made drink. These beverages provide all the flavours and experiences of their alcoholic counterparts, making them perfect for any occasion.
The recipe below is part of a series we are working on with H&C News, where we’ll explore how to make some delicious non-alcoholic classic cocktails that will impress your guests and satisfy your taste buds. We start the series with the classic Negroni, or NoGroni.
