With a storied career marked by three Michelin stars, Chef Deville will unveil a stunning new à la carte menu and regularly alternating seasonal dishes that combine the timeless elegance of traditional Parisian cuisine with cutting-edge culinary concepts, promising an unforgettable dining experience.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Deville has honed his skills in the finest Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe. Previously, as Executive Head Chef at Sketch, Chef Deville led his team to attain a prestigious three Michelin stars, highlighting his innovative approach and commitment to outstanding dining. Now, he brings his passion and expertise to Mistress of Mayfair, ready to redefine the dining landscape once again with tantalising new menus that bring an unmatched Parisian flare.
Chef Deville’s new menu will craft a journey through the flavours and textures of modern Mayfair and Paris, celebrating the finest ingredients and inventive gourmet techniques. It will feature exquisite dishes such as Roasted Lamb Loin with Persillade Escargots, Split Jus & Watercress, the luxurious Truffled Croque Madame, Steamed Langoustines with Pickled Cucumber, Salmon Roe & Sour Cream, and an opulent Pistachio Millefeuille topped with Bigarreau Cherries.
