Alain Ducasse has announced the continuation of his partnership with The Dorchester in London for a further five years.
This collaboration, which has been a cornerstone of culinary excellence at The Dorchester for over a decade, will continue to bring unparalleled dining experiences to its esteemed guests.
Since its opening, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester has been a symbol of culinary innovation and sophistication. The restaurant, which holds three Michelin stars, with Chef Patron Jean-Philippe Blondet at the helm, showcases Ducasse’s unique vision of contemporary French cuisine, emphasising the finest ingredients, distinctive fresh flavours, exceptional service, and an ambience of elegance overlooking Hyde Park.
Under the terms of the new contract, Chef Alain Ducasse will continue to manage the Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester restaurant, which is one of only six restaurants in the capital to hold three Michelin Stars.
