Adagio has announced the appointment of Virginie Barboux as Senior Vice-President of Customers and Marketing, a position that also sees Barboux become member of the management committee.
As VP of Customers and Marketing she takes responsibility for management of the Communication, Marketing, Customer Experience, CSR and Design functions of the company.
With more than 20 years of experience, Barboux aims to strengthen the reputation and brand image of Adagio. Along with optimising the journey and the customer experience both in establishments and digitally to support the ambitious plan of renovation and openings.
Speaking of her appointment Barboux said: “I am delighted to join Adagio at this important stage in its development. To work with the help of my teams and colleagues to promote and modernise the brand through an ambitious marketing approach.”
