RBH Hospitality Management has been selected to manage two Berkshire hotels which form part of the Reuben Brothers’ vast international portfolio.
The deal establishes a new partnership for RBH with Reuben Brothers whose portfolio includes a number of high profile hotels across the UK, the US and continental Europe.
From 1st March, The Olde Bell and Thames Riviera, both in Maidenhead, will fall under the management of RBH, taking the company past the 7,000 rooms mark within their portfolio.
Thames Riviera is in the process of re-opening after a period of closure to facilitate a full refurbishment, whilst The Olde Bell is one of the oldest inns in England with parts of the building dating back to 1135 and is one of the leading wedding venues in the area.
Reuben Brothers is a leader in private equity, real estate investment and development, and debt financing. The company’s investments include racecourses, pubs, aerodromes, media and data centres.
David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, said: “We are delighted to have secured the management of two hotels where we know we can add significant value. This marks the start of a growing partnership with Reuben Brothers, and this contract is a strong validation of our credentials in Upper Upscale, F&B led operations.”
