As Valentine’s Day approaches and London gears its preparations to shower dear ones with love, Andaz London and Celestina Diamond have partnered to shed light on self-love. Last year, the hotel successfully launched #BeWhoYouAre, a collaborative brand awareness campaign that encourages guests at the hotel and beyond to proudly be their authentic selves.
This Valentine’s season brings a continuation of the project, with a new campaign, Love Thyself. Working in partnership with influencer and plus-size model Celestina Diamond, this refreshing campaign seeks to highlight and show love to a group society often overlooks, the plus-size community.
On 9th February, Andaz London will be hosting an event in celebration of the campaign, with the goal to honour plus-sized beauty and highlight the importance of loving oneself. This special evening will feature a panel discussion, hosted by Celestina Diamond, exploring the importance of creating a world that doesn’t discriminate based on size, and the concept of self-love.
The Panel
- Danielle Lucy – a plus-size model and content creator from London. She has collaborated with notable brands such as ASOS, Simply Be, Boohoo, Navabi, Studio 8, eBay, Gemma Collins, Figleaves, and Missguided.
- Zhana Paton – a plus-size model and content creator. Having collaborated with many fashion brands over the years, she has started her own clothing brand called Basik, specialising in comfortable loungewear.
- Talia Darling – DJ, Model, Creative, and Content Creator. When she’s not DJing she creates content for a range of brands promoting the message of self-love and empowerment.
Major fashion, beauty and beverage brands have shown their support for the campaign including providing goodies for attendees.

With Valentine’s Day drawing nearer and many of us planning to shower our loved ones with affection, we are excited to spin the narrative by inviting some wonderful plus-sized content creators to remind us of the importance of self-love, while sharing some of their stories with us.”
Celestina Diamond states: “I came up with the idea last Summer and was really keen to collaborate with a brand that would understand the vision. After attending Andaz London’s #BeWhoYouAre event, I knew the ‘Love Thyself’ concept would be a perfect partnership, combining both ideas together.”
