Speaking of his latest move Lesiewicz said: “I believe The Pem is outstanding and I’m incredibly proud to have joined the team and to be able to work alongside an incredible chef like Sally Abé. I really pride myself on a personal service, and I can’t wait to meet all of our guests and give them the full Pem experience.”

“He comes from a great background with a very impressive CV, and I know the restaurant and our guests will be in great hands with him.”
