Pan Pacific London is delighted to announce the appointment of Fabrice Lasnon as their new Executive Chef, who will oversee the entire food and chef operation across the hotel.
Previously holding the position of Executive Chef at The Savoy, London, Fabrice brings with him a wealth of experience having worked internationally and will be putting his own stamp on the restaurants and menus.
Hailing from France, Fabrice’s culinary journey has taken him to New Orléans, London, Madeira, Cairo and Dubai, where he had his first opening experience in One and Only Royal Mirage and Arabian Court.
From 2003 to 2006 he directed the cuisine of the prominent Ciragan Palace in Istanbul, before joining the legendary hotel Adlon Kempinski, Berlin in 2007, the only time the hotel had a French Executive Chef in a century. He then moved to Marrakech to re-launch La Mamounia followed by being appointed as Executive Chef at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, Turkey. In 2018, having headed up the kitchen at The Murray in Hong Kong, Lasnon returned to London for the first time in over twenty years to take up a high-profile role as Executive Chef at The Savoy.
