Fri-Jado launch refreshed Multisserie range

August 25, 2022

Fri-Jado launch refreshed Multisserie range

With a showstopping design, unique cooking technology, automatic cleaning programmes and an internal condenser which eliminates the need for additional extraction – the new Multisserie range from Fri-Jado, complete with a high-resolution touch screen display and simple, programme-driven operation, is the ultimate front-of-house cooking appliance.

As a leader in the manufacture of hot and cold food display equipment, Fri-Jado has a global reputation for quality and innovation. The Multisserie represents the very pinnacle of the company’s popular rotisserie range, offering operators a creative and ingenious solution to cooking in a customer-facing environment.

A revolution in visual cooking and merchandising, the Multisserie drives impulse purchases with a unique 270° view. The unit’s steady rotation and enclosed chamber help foods to cook up to 50% faster than conventional ovens and open rotisseries, while intelligent ‘cook correction’ technology ensures food safety and delivers consistent quality results.

A brand-new, intuitive vivid colour touch-screen control delivers enhanced ease of use, while a sleek new user interface with up to 250 pre-programmed menus guarantees consistency, even for those staff with limited training. A boiler-less steam generator, with humidity control and an optional temperature probe, delivers precision conditions within the chamber.

For enhanced labour savings, the Multisserie range also features fully automatic cleaning technology, allowing an operator to start the cleaning programme at the end of a shift, leaving the machine to complete the cycle overnight or during quiet periods. The user-friendly design is enhanced thanks to the Multisserie being accessible on three sides, while a range of accessories enables a variety of meats, proteins and vegetables to be quickly and effortlessly cooked in the unit.

On the launch of the new Multisserie range, Gary Thacker, Sales Director at Fri-Jado UK comments: “Customers are drawn in by the theatre of a cooking process, so why not showcase it in the most visible way possible? A rotisserie is a great way to demonstrate quality, while also engaging with your customers, but the Multisserie goes one step further, adding a standout design and ease of use to the mix. Capable of cooking up to 60 whole chickens in just 45 minutes, the unit is suitable for high footfall sites, while the optional internal condenser allows an operator to position it in virtually any location. The wonderful sights and smells of freshly cooked meats is a sure-fire way to drive impulse sales, especially during new or quieter day parts.”

Designed for front-of-house environments, the Multisserie has flexibility at its heart. An optional internal condenser eliminates the need for additional extraction, allowing operators to position the appliance without the common ventilation restrictions. What’s more, operators can add a grease separator, designed to efficiently separate grease from water during the cook cycle. Significantly reducing the waste from the unit, the grease separator is better for the environment and further reduces the need for expensive treatment systems.
