The Montagu Arms, a boutique hotel located in Beaulieu in the New Forest has appointed Andrew Berridge as General Manager.
Andrew Berridge, GM, The Montagu ArmsWith more than fifteen years of hospitality experience gleaned in management and front of house roles within 4 and 5 star hotels, Berridge is responsible for the day-to-day running of The Montagu Arms. Driving recruitment, supervising the front of house team, operations and project management duties, as well as ensuring the hotel offers the highest quality guest experience.
Berridge joins The Montagu Arms from Stanbrook Abbey Hotel in Worcester, where he held the position of Deputy General Manager, managing a team of 60. He was responsible for hotel, restaurant and bar management, as well as overseeing large events and conferences. Prior to that he held senior positions at hotels including the 5* The Manor House Hotel, The Peppermill and The Stag & Huntsman.
