Having heard both John Williams MBE and Jason Atherton speak at industry events I know both are wholeheartedly committed to helping young people thrive in developing a career in hospitality.
When the Institute of Hospitality approached H&C News to create a golf day to raise funds for their Youth Council, unsurprisingly both Atherton and Williams immediately pledged their support.
On Thursday 19th May at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, after a day of golf around the only golf resort in the world to have hosted 4 Ryder Cups, 72 golfers and 18 non golfers will sit down to dinner. During dinner certificates and trophies will be awarded.
Dinner will be followed by a raffle, which is where John Williams MBE and Jason Atherton come in. Raffle tickets on the night will cost £25 each, and there are two prizes.
- Tasting menu for 6 with accompanying wines at Executive Chef, John Williams MBE’s Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant.
- Tasting menu for 4 in Harrods Social by Jason Atherton including Harrods Champagne on arrival and Jason Atherton wine flights.
We expect ticket sales on the night to be just like the golf day and dinner, a total 100% sell out.
All money raised from the raffle will go directly to the Institute of Hospitality Youth Council.
