Coworth Park brunch sees an end to paper receipts in hospitality

February 21, 2022

Almost every element of hospitality is facilitated through digital transactions, yet receipts are still printed and handed to customers. This laborious process not only costs your hospitality business money, it also reduces your sustainability credentials as receipts cannot be recycled, and go to waste.

Waste reduction is a priority for consumers, your customers. The Deloitte sustainability and consumer behaviour survey report 2021 showed consumers not only care about sustainability, it’s a major influencer on their spending.

H&C News in association with Noumi, are hosting a roundtable event to discuss how hospitality can dispense with the need for paper receipts.

The discussions will focus on how new technology can be integrated into any hospitality business’s sustainability programme, enhancing brand loyalty from consumers that care about sustainability.

The event will take place at Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park on Wednesday 13th April. Refreshments will be served from 9am, with discussions from 9.30 – 11.00, followed by brunch.

If you would like to apply to attend and take part, please complete the form below and a member of the H&C News team will be in touch promptly
