5 Reason’s Why You Should Take The Inside Hospitality Survey
Inside Hospitality Survey
For the second year running, Be Inclusive Hospitality CIC, the not for profit with a mission to accelerate race equality across the hospitality sector has launched the Inside Hospitality Survey.
The survey seeks views and experiences from hospitality professionals from all backgrounds and career levels on several topics including Diversity & Inclusion, Career Development, Racism and Wellbeing.
With the survey due to close at the end of this month, below we have outlined 5 reasons why you should take the Inside Hospitality Survey:
1. It is the only survey of its kind: Be Inclusive Hospitality was founded in-part due to the lack of insights and research conducted on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion within the sector. The survey is only survey of its kind to focus upon this important topic.
2. Provide strictly confidential responses: Anonymously share your responses and provide us with candid accounts of your experiences and views.
3. Use your voice to support change: Your views and experiences are invaluable and the only way to thoroughly understand what is happening ‘Inside Hospitality’. Your responses will provide in-depth of understanding into the current status quo, which will inform our work for 2022 and beyond.
4. The outputs will contribute to creating a better hospitality for us all. We need responses from all hospitality professionals at all career levels. The comparison of responses will help us to identify disparities that exist and explore solutions.
5. Help to inform action across hospitality sector: The survey answers will be used to produce a report, which will be a free of charge resource for individuals and businesses. The report will include guidance on how we can all use the insights from the survey to inform action and re-build a fairer and inclusive hospitality sector.
Upon completing the survey, you can enter an optional £150 prize draw. Those who enter the draw will also receive an advance copy of the report.
The survey takes up to 10 minutes to complete.
