Birchall Foodservice, a leading food wholesaler delivering to caterers across the north and midlands, has launched its 2022 customer events calendar.
Kicking off with a salad bar workshop on the 25th January, which is being run in partnership with Rich Sauces, the founder Country Range member will also host an ice cream workshop, a dysphagia workshop, a ‘free from’ exhibition, a care home bake off, and its popular annual tradeshow, The BIG Event.
All workshops and exhibitions will take place in the wholesaler’s training, exhibitions and development (TED) centre at their main depot in Burnley, Lancashire.
Louise Birchall, sales director said, “We pride ourselves on delivering a better foodservice experience, and we believe our TED events offer added value to our customers. As caterers continue to move towards normality, we feel that it’s important to offer them solutions and inspiration, and our events do just that.”
To complement its ambitious events calendar, Birchalls also offers a range of extra services for its customers including free menu design, Natasha’s Law and allergens seminars, use of the in-house development chef and equipment finance plans.
