The Clink Restaurant at HMP Styal has announced it will continue with training students in the kitchen and restaurant on Thursday 12th August. Welcoming diners back to the restaurant for the first time since the pandemic began.
The team have created a delicious summer menu featuring seasonal dishes with local ingredients and are looking forward to serving diners again.
Opening times:
Thursday & Friday: open for lunch from 12 – 3.30pm (last booking at 2pm)
Saturday: open for afternoon tea from 12 – 3.30pm (last booking at 2pm)
Sunday: open for lunch from 12 – 3.30pm (last booking at 2pm)
We will currently be closed Mondays – Wednesdays. Reservations only, no walk-ins.
The delicious, high-quality meals at The Clink Restaurant at HMP Styal are cooked and served by the prisoners in training who are working towards gaining their City & Guilds NVQs in Food & Beverage Service, Professional Cookery and Food Hygiene.
Situated in a converted chapel, the air-conditioned restaurant allows prisoners to learn, engage with the public and take their first steps towards a new life.
The Clink Restaurant at HMP Styal is consistently in the top 10 restaurants in Wilmslow on TripAdvisor and in 2017 all of our restaurants held the number 1 spot for six months.
