Birds of a feather if you like, we all like being around people that we recognise see the world similarly to ourselves. Or, to quote Howard Schultz again, share our values.
This is as true in business as it is in any other walk of life. And values are becoming ever more important in business as consumers make decisions based on the perceived values of who they buy from.

It may surprise many readers to learn that since the pandemic started H&C News has not lost one regular advertiser. Not one. So we asked why that is.
