People and skills shortages in hospitality are increasing, and stem from historic issues. How apprenticeships can provide part of the short, medium and long term solution will be addressed at the Apprenticeships in Hospitality Roundtable.
As part of H&C News’ focus on finding solutions to hospitality’s people and skills shortages we are hosting the Apprenticeships in Hospitality Roundtable at Coworth Park on Wednesday 6th October, in partnership with Umbrella Training.
The roundtable will examine the historic role of apprenticeships in hospitality, and how today employers can adopt apprenticeships as an integral part of their human resources strategy.
Jo Simovic FIH, Chief Operating Officer, Umbrella Training will share much of her experience with delegates on the day including insight to how hospitality businesses are today utilising apprenticeships effectively across the full range of career options. Challenging conventional thinking and looking at the next generation of hospitality people who are digital natives, see diversity as the norm, and are politically progressive.
