The Institute of Hospitality, the leading international professional body for current and aspiring leaders and managers in the hospitality industry, is proud to announce the appointment of Duvall James as its new head of membership.
Duvall, who will take up his post at the Institute of Hospitality on 1 June 2021, was previously senior relationship manager at the Institute of Directors (IOD) in Pall Mall, London.
Duvall brings with him 20 years’ experience in customer and client-focussed roles in the membership, health and fitness, banking and security sectors. His other previous roles include customer account manager at Beneficial Bank (now WSFS), member service manager at Virgin Active, sales and marketing manager at the Bannatyne Group and membership manager at Nuffield Health.
Duvall James, head of membership, Institute of HospitalityDuvall will be joining the Institute of Hospitality’s executive team where he will have responsibility for developing and managing the Institute’s strategies and campaigns to retain and grow its 12,500-strong membership in the UK and globally.
