Levy UK + Ireland, the sports and leisure hospitality division of Compass Group, has announced major contract renewals with Jockey Club Racecourses and The Kia Oval.
The contract announcements follow news that the government plans for large scale events to safely reopen this summer as part of the ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’.
Levy’s renewed contract with Jockey Club Racecourses, the UK’s largest racecourse group, will see the caterer extend their catering venture, Jockey Club Catering, for a further three years. Jockey Club Catering launched in 2009 with an initial ten-year partnership agreement to provide grade one catering, hospitality and service at The Jockey Club’s racecourses nationwide, which include those at Aintree, Cheltenham, Epsom Downs and Newmarket.
The renewal of Levy’s contract with The Kia Oval, home of Surrey CCC, represents a five-year extension to the current partnership, which will see Levy providing food and drink experiences at the venue until at least February 2027.
