Gordon Ramsay Restaurants has appointed Damien Brassel as Director of Culinary, International.
Brassel most recently worked with SBE Hospitality and Lifestyle in New York and has over 25 years Industry experience working in some of the world’s leading hospitality groups and Michelin starred restaurants, including Rockpool Dining group in Sydney.
Brassel joins Gordon Ramsay Restaurants to oversee International culinary concepts as the business continues to drive forward with its International growth strategies.
Damien Brassel, Director of Culinary, International – Gordon Ramsay RestaurantsWith several international openings slated for 2021 including the first Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill to be opened outside of London, opening Summer 2021 at the Sunway Resort, Malaysia. Street Pizza, Atlantis The Palm, Dubai and Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill in Macau are also due to open later this year.
