We used a football analogy in the run up to the budget, saying the PM’s roadmap was only the first half, and the second was wholly dependent upon a sterling performance from the chancellor.
Judging from a number of conversations around the budget, and an inbox bursting at the seems with quotes from every sector of our industry, it seems at this point that most, but certainly not all, are pleased with the chancellor.
