54 of the UK’s most respected chefs, including Michel Roux Jr, Angela Hartnett and James Martin have contributed to a unique collection of home-cooked recipes, in aid of charity Hospitality Action, to mark the one-year anniversary of the first national Covid-19 lockdown.
Chefs at Home is a compilation of the dishes our nation’s most renowned chefs prepared at home with their own families when there were limited ingredients on the shelves and queues at supermarkets.
This simple, accessible and nourishing collection of recipes will be published on 18 March 2021 with 100% of all royalties going to Hospitality Action.
Simple and accessible, and each one packed with flavour, recipes include:
- Michel Roux Jr’s Lyonnaise onion soup
- Andrew Wong’s Singapore noodles
- Selin Kiazim’s halloumi and olive loaf
- Nathan Outlaw’s ultimate fish and chips
- Thomasina Miers’ steak tacos
- Gordon Ramsay’s lockdown banana bread … and many more
Chefs at Home is a real and authentic collection of recipes by the UK’s leading chefs in support of a beloved, locked down and depleted industry.
The book will be released on the week of the 1-year anniversary of the first lockdown, a year which has seen the hospitality industry decimated throughout the UK, with many businesses closing and employees losing their jobs.
Hospitality Action has been doing all it can to assist both emotionally and financially for those most in need across the sector, and the proceeds from this book will be added to that fund.
