The Female Hospitality Network have announced the launch of their new virtual membership offering, which aims to globally expand their positive and supportive community for women in hospitality, events and tourism.
First established in 2018, The Female Hospitality Network is a platform aimed at career driven professionals, side-hustlers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, graduates and veterans within the sectors. The vision of the network is to empower its members and bridge current gaps surrounding a lack of confidence in women who aspire to grow their careers, as well as acting as an international voice for females in the hospitality, events and travel sector.
During the current pandemic and subsequent lockdown, the Female Hospitality Network have kept a positive mindset and clear vision, acting as a safe space for sharing thoughts and opinions. This has involved hosting online events, coaching sessions and panel discussions around the challenges faced by so many throughout this time. As a result, the network have developed international interest alongside their network in NYC, gaining traction and starting conversations across the rest of the US, Canada and Europe.
With the membership now on a global scale, the network’s people infrastructure has been developed too. Founder Abbie Hart has brought together a team of varied hospitality, events and travel professionals to champion the growth of the brand, hoping to enable continued support during the Covid outbreak, especially as the more challenging winter months approach.
The Female Hospitality Network have partnered with International Travel Advisor Cali Hersh based over in New York to support their members and bring light to cross Atlantic travel and enhance all aspects of their members travel plans when they are safely able to do so.
Spurred on by the popularity of their virtual offering, the Members Lounge will offer members unique resources on the portal, created by leading coaches and industry experts it will also supply regular coaching videos, group goal-setting sessions and unique masterclasses.

Alongside the international online membership, the network have established ‘live locations’ in three major cities across the UK, as well as New York, USA. The team have a roll-out plan to launch another six ‘live locations’ over the next 18 months, in locations including Liverpool, London, Las Vegas, Washington, Los Angeles, Glasgow and Dublin, where continued online support and conversations will be integrated with real life events and discussions.
