Jason Atherton’s highly anticipated return to Grosvenor Square with his new restaurant, The Betterment at The Biltmore, Mayfair will be fully open on the 19th September.
Atherton and Head Chef Paul Walsh (formerly of City Social) will also be overseeing all food & beverage at the hotel including room service, events, afternoon tea, The Pine Bar and a year-round alfresco terrace.
The Biltmore, Mayfair is set to be one of the most notable luxury hotel openings in London this year, with a prime position on Grosvenor Square.
The result of a multi-million-pound redevelopment, the Mayfair hotel is to become Europe’s first property within the LXR Hotels & Resorts collection – bringing with it, elegant design, exceptional service and state-of-the-art amenities.
The Biltmore will offer contemporary luxury rooms and suites (257 rooms, 51 suites), some with fabulous views over the square, plus beautiful event spaces including an impressive ballroom with private street access.
