Home House Collection, which encompasses private members’ clubs Home House and Home Grown, has announced the appointment of Dan Loftin as its Executive Chef.
Loftin has been appointed to bolster the executive team reporting directly to MD, Andrew Richardson. He will be tasked with shaping the food philosophy of the business and delivering a new menu strategy for the two respective brands. His concepts will reflect the unique character of each club bringing sustainability and seasonality to the fore.
Dan joins the business with a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality. Most recently, he was Executive Chef at Searcys at The Gherkin, with previous roles at The Montcalm Royal London House, and Head Chef at D&D London’s Kensington Place.
