Relais & Châteaux has announced the launch of a new app this September, designed to help elevate every customer experience and journey. With apps currently generating 12% of their web bookings the new launch will aim to build further on this booking channel.
The new app will include…Access to bespoke music playlists for each destination, lists of suggestions for books and films, a simple reservation system and exclusive offers.
The announcement is in line with the brands continuing investment within the digital sphere following the launch of the Delicious Journeys digital campaign earlier in 2019.
The playlists are curated through collaboration with locals in each destination to create authentic recommendations. The music playlists can all be streamed through Spotify and YouTube.
The brand has also launched three new exclusive offers that can be booked through the app.
- For every stay for 3 nights and over, each customer will unlock a complimentary experience which is unique to each property.
- For those seeking a gastronomic break, The Delicious Night offer includes a 5-course minimum dinner.
- The new exclusive offers are linked with the newly refreshed Guest Recognition Programme which offers a personalised customer service, dedicated events around the world and surprises at each stay.
With the new app launch, Relais & Châteaux hopes to inspire a new digital audience who believe in the importance of protecting both the environment and local way of life through travel, a pursuit shared by Philippe Gombert, President of Relais & Châteaux.
