Graham Copeman has been appointed as General Manager at Pennyhill Park, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa.Graham will oversee the 124 bedroom Surrey hotel, with its 4 AA Rosette and Michelin Star restaurant Matt Worswick at The Latymer, 20 meeting and event spaces, and 45,000 square foot luxury spa.
A Master Innholder and Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality with over 25 years industry experience, most recently with The Zetter Group as Group Hotel Director, Graham has previously held the positions of Managing Director of London’s St. James’s Hotel & Club, General Manager at The Goring, as well as roles with Claridge’s, One Aldwych and The Lanesborough.

Graham will commence his new position on Monday 3rd June.
