Opening in January 2019 in Canary Wharf, Lincoln Plaza London is the latest addition to the Curio Collection by Hilton portfolio.
Headlining the opening is signature Pan-Indian restaurant Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen, the much-anticipated new opening by acclaimed chef Cyrus Todiwala OBE, whose approach to sustainable food production, use of local ingredients and environmental best practice fits perfectly with the hotel’s own stance on nature and the environment.
Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala, Mr Todiwala’s KitchenCyrus Todiwala brings signature dishes from his acclaimed landmark restaurant in the city, Café Spice Namaste, to be enjoyed in this stylish, vibrant restaurant at the hotel. Over the years Todiwala has been heavily involved with the UK farming community across the UK, which will enable Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen to offer diners the very best in British produce.
The hotel’s Food Store concept meanwhile comprises three vibrant offerings: Restaurant, a social space for casual all-day dining under the auspices of Executive Chef Steve Tonkin; a Lobby Bar where visitors can choose from a dedicated Negroni menu, or a local brew from nearby Kernel or London Fields Brewery, and Provisions, in which guests and locals alike can enjoy the ultimate take-home experience in the form of locally sourced, organic and artisanal products complemented by selections from a curated wine shop.
Rooms have WiFi, premium coffee makers, complimentary water and rainfall showers with premium bath products, with streamed content direct from guest’s your mobile devices straight to the 46-inch HDTV.
