Flourish Food Solutions, the food service provider from Acorn Award-winning chef Ian Boden, has been appointed to handle the full F&B offering at Diamond Resorts properties Wychnor Park and Thurnham Hall.
Responsible for all food and beverage in the restaurant and bar areas as well as catering for events and weddings, Flourish Food Solutions has appointed Head Chefs to create and oversee new restaurant menus. New bar menus have also been established across both properties as well as packages for drinks and afternoon tea. Training is an ongoing focus to set the highest brand standards.
Although primarily aimed at hotel guests, Flourish Food Solutions is aiming to establish the F&B outlets as key players in the local areas’ dining scenes.
Flourish Food Solutions began working with Wychnor Park in March 2018 which has since seen a 32% increase in F&B sales. Having made such a success of the initial Wychnor Park project Diamond Resorts then awarded Flourish Food Solutions the Thurnham Hall F&B contract in late April, coinciding with the 11th century estate’s recent refurbishment.
Set up by Ian Boden – also a National Chef of the Year finalist – in 2013, Flourish Food Solutions’ core business is a service provider to the food industry, assisting with everything from concept creating and consulting, through to training and procurement. Their previous clients have included Bermondsey Pub Co., Alliance New Zealand and Novus Leisure.
Wychnor Park and Thurnham Hall are part of the Diamond Resorts hotel group, which owns 379 properties in 35 countries, 17 of which are in the UK.
