Based at the castle and reporting to General Manager, Johanne Falconer, Cullen brings over a decade of industry experience to the role, with a background in events, weddings and customer service.
Cullen joins the castle team from a management role at Carberry Tower Mansion House and Estate near Edinburgh, where she oversaw three deluxe venues, rich with royal heritage. She is now responsible for developing and delivering high-end events at Borthwick Castle, from bespoke weddings and family gatherings to corporate retreats and business meetings.
