Caroline Drayton has been announced as Director of Communications for Four Seasons UK Collection with responsibility for the marketing and communications for the three UK properties at Four Seasons Hotel London Park Lane, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.
Drayton makes her move to Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts from her most recent position as Head of Marketing and Communications at Marcus Wareing Restaurants, following two years as Head of Sales and Marketing for the leading UK restaurant group. In the previous five years she held the position of Director of Communications at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London, one of Marriott International’s halo openings in 2011.
A BA graduate in History of Modern Art, Design and Film from Northumbria University, Drayton started her career at Parker Hobart Associates, the leading lifestyle and design agency, and continued her PR journey with positions as Senior Account Manager for Luxury Goods at Sidhu & Simon Communications and Communications Director at Manhattan Loft Corporation, one of Britain’s most innovative property companies and owner of St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.
With some 14 years’ experience in the London hospitality industry, and a strong background in luxury restaurant and hotel operations and communications, Drayton is well served to head up the team at Four Seasons UK Collection. “Having led the Sales, Marketing and Communications disciplines for a leading restaurant group” she says, “I am now looking forward to returning to a communications focussed position back in hotels using my knowledge and experience in rooms and F&B to drive this charge collectively”.
