Pizza Hut Europe has announced the appointment of Regina Borda to the position of Managing Director for Pizza Hut Europe and Canada. Starting immediately, Regina is responsible for over 2,000 Huts in over 30 countries, driving the business forward to become the most loved and fastest growing pizza brand in the world.
Regina will draw on her experience in developing brand strategy, driving growth and transforming customer service to lead the business’s development agenda across the region. Customer experience will be placed at the heart of the strategy, enabled by a focus on supporting team members experience and professional growth.
Having worked for Yum! for 15 years, Regina has held roles with KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. She joins from the position of Chief Brand Officer, Latin America and Caribbean, where she was responsible for developing and launching a unified regional brand proposition and for identifying synergies across different markets, which brought together nearly 1,000 restaurants in 28 regions.

We need to make it easier for them to find, order, pay, track and enjoy their pizza. Innovation in technology will be a big enabler, but our brand experience is ultimately delivered through the people who work in our restaurants, and I want to focus on their experience as well.”

Based at the head office in St Albans, Regina will head up the five-strong European leadership team and will report into Milind Pant, President of Pizza Hut International. She replaces Raphael Miolane who recently left the business for personal reasons.
