Chef Adam Handling has created an evening worthy of your New Year’s celebration at both The Frog E1 in Shoreditch and the newly opened Frog by Adam Handling in Covent Garden.
Adam’s flagship restaurant, Frog by Adam Handling will be offering an 8-course tasting menu from £150 with paired drinks, which was designed to ensure an unforgettably special evening. The menu incorporates Adam’s love for beautifully presented modern British dishes such as Mackerel, Burnt Apple and Jasmine; Turbot, Crab, Garlic and Parsley; as well as the restaurant’s famous Cheese & Truffle Doughnuts.
The Frog E1, Adam’s first restaurant in Shoreditch will be East London’s destination dining spot for New Year’s with menus from £50 designed by Adam and Head Chef Jamie Park. The restaurant features a fantastical sparkling terrace where your midnight meal will be one to remember or not, depending on whether you opt for the drinks pairing. Guests will be treated to either a 5 or 8 course tasting menu with dishes such as BBQ Beef, Pickles and Mustard and The Frog E1’s renowned Salt Baked Celeriac, Truffle, Apple and Dates.
