Producing a fine range of discerning beers, under the stewardship of Master Brewer Derek Prentice, the SW19-based Wimbledon Brewery is thrilled to announce the launch of an exclusive lager for Margot Restaurant, a recent and notable addition to London’s fine dining scene. Margot has just been recognized at the Tatler Restaurant Awards, where it won the Best Front of House award – and this in its first year of opening.
Margot co-founders Paulo de Tarso and Nicolas Jaouën, who bring a wealth of experience of the London restaurant scene, spoke enthusiastically of the partnership with Wimbledon Brewery:

Further plans for collaboration include a beer matching dinner at the restaurant in the first part of 2018.The Margot beer is a lagered golden (Helles) beer, overlaid with a blend of classic and German hop varieties.
