The Landmark London is pleased to announce the hire of new Head Pastry Chef, Colin Grossi.
Before Colin’s appointment at the hotel, the new Head Pastry Chef worked at a number of reputable, fine-dining establishments in and around London to include Cliveden House, Corrigan’s Mayfair, Hakkasan, The Greenhouse restaurant and Le Caprice.
Colin started his journey in the pastry kitchen as a commis chef at The Savoy Hotel where his passion began for creating delicate and unique pastries.
Now heading the Pastry Team at The Landmark London, Colin hopes to bring his expertise and own personal flare to all aspects of desserts, as well as developing the traditional afternoon tea and champagne brunch served in the hotel’s iconic Winter Garden and Garden Terrace. Colin will also work with the events and banqueting team on bespoke creations for in-house events and VIP bookings, to take the overall offering to the next level.
“We are delighted to welcome Colin Grossi to the Food & Beverage team” says Executive Chef Gary Klaner. “His commitment to quality and creativity makes him the right chef to lead the Pastry Team in a fresh and exciting direction.”
Colin will also be overseeing the hotel’s Christmas pudding masterclasses this festive season, which have been hugely popular in previous years.
