What is Adventure Gourmet?
Adventure Gourmet is a programme of monthly Training Classes held at Café Spice Namaste, the iconic London Indian restaurant.
Adventure Gourmet provides training from chefs who have made their mark on Britain’s food industry.
Adventure Gourmet Training Classes take place in our ‘state-of-the-art’ Poggenpohl demonstration kitchen incorporating Gaggenau appliances.
Why Adventure Gourmet?

How do the Adventure Master Classes run?
Attendees are greeted with a welcome, ‘warm up’ tea and coffee in the private Pradhan Room at Café Spice Namaste.
Each Training Class lasts for 2-3 hours.
Afterwards, three course lunch with wine is served with the featured Chef, providing an opportunity to discuss your experience of the day, questions, recipe ideas and more.
