The K Bar is delighted to announce the appointment of Ashley Bambroug as Bar Manager. The K Bar is the luxury drinking destination at The Kensington hotel; serving the finest cocktails whilst offering effortless decadence in the heart of the Royal Borough.
Ashley quickly discovered his passion for the industry with his first experience as Head Bartender at the Great North Hotel, Kings Cross. He has since worked at various luxury destinations across London – including the position of Bar Supervisor at Sushisamba before returning to the Great North Hotel as Operations Manager. Ashley then worked as Bar Manager at One Canada Square Restaurant, Canary Wharf where he was responsible for the creative direction of the menu; and took on the role of Acting General Manager prior to joining the team at The Kensington hotel.

Fusing tradition and innovation, The K Bar’s exclusive cocktail menu has been designed with every guest and every sip in mind. Highlights on the menu include the Kensington Champagne Cocktail – Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, Calvados, Sugar, Rhubarb Bitters – the refreshing Final Letter which consists of No.3 Gin, Green Chartreuse, St Germain Elderflower, Lime, No Smoke Without Fire containing Montelobos Mezcal, Ardbeg 10, Ancho Reyes Liqueur, Orange Bitters and Kind of Queen’s Gate created from Jameson Select Reserve Whiskey, King’s Ginger Liqueur, Lemon, Rose Syrup, Orange Marmalade.
