Hospitality & Catering News is to launch its first interview section where the industry’s top players will share their news, views and wisdom first-hand.
Run by Hospitality & Catering News’ new interviews editor and hospitality journalist Emma Eversham, the section, titled ‘5 minutes with…’ will be a light-hearted yet informative insight into the people driving the industry forward.
Hospitality & Catering News publisher Denis Sheehan said: “Having met Emma at industry events on numerous occasions, and I must confess enjoying much of her writing in BigHospitality, I couldn’t pass on the opportunity to work with Emma.
“Quality content is what we are all about and Emma’s ideas to develop our content fitted with our wider strategy perfectly. I am delighted to welcome Emma to the H&C News team.”
Eversham, whose weekly interviews will run from June, added: “Hospitality & Catering News does a great job of keeping us updated on the industry’s news, so it will be a pleasure to extend its editorial portfolio in this way.

The interviews will run weekly from June with the top personalities from the restaurant, hotel, pub and contract catering world set to feature.
